BIO

I am a Neuroinclusion Consultant who embraces neuroaffirming and strength-based approaches, specializing in supporting gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) individuals. My work is deeply personal. It is inspired by over a decade of supporting my twice-exceptional children, who continue to be my greatest teachers and motivation behind my academic and professional journey.

My approach is creative, compassionate, and collaborative. I focus on harnessing an individual’s unique strengths, interests, and passions to achieve therapeutic and developmental goals. I believe that true growth happens when we build on what makes each person shine — ensuring engagement, confidence, and working towards long-term goals.I partner with parents, educators, professionals, and organizations to help them understand and embrace neurodiversity in empowering, practical ways.

Beyond consulting, I support my family business and work as a Research Assistant at the Shine Lab at the University of Hartford (CT, USA). When I’m not advocating or consulting, you’ll likely find me spending time with my dog and parrots, baking, or unwinding with K-drama.
