I start by listening really listening to understand your story. I review assessment reports and feedback from teachers, parents, and other professionals to get the full picture. My approach is strength-based and talent-focused, connecting individual interests to therapeutic goals so progress feels meaningful and relevant. Even if you don’t have an assessment yet, we can begin right where you are and work together to develop goals that truly matter.
I focus on understanding each individual, at home, in therapy, during daily activities, or in educational settings. I work collaboratively to create plans that fit each person’s unique needs and include everyone in their support network. My approach is neuroaffirming and strength-based, moving away from rigid, compliance-driven methods. I help you recognize and celebrate your child’s individuality, guiding you toward meaningful changes that reflect their strengths, values, and authentic self-changes you can model and nurture every day.
I do not work directly with children; instead, I support you as parents and caregivers, especially when at least one of you is ready to take the first step in understanding what truly helps your child thrive. I offer collaborative development of holistic plans, support at IEP meetings with a neuroaffirming lens, and case management to keep your child’s team aligned and focused on their goals.
Neuroinclusion is still not widely understood, especially when it comes to neuroaffirming, strengths-based approaches in the workplace. Yet organizations that embrace these principles create environments where every individual can genuinely thrive. Neuroinclusive cultures improve engagement, retention, and innovation by recognizing and valuing different ways of thinking, processing, and communicating.
Whether you’re exploring a neurodiversity awareness session, seeking to foster psychological safety, or looking for practical ways to support neurodivergent employees and leaders, we can work together to design solutions that fit your organization’s unique needs. Please reach out to start a conversation about options, formats, and pricing.
My areas of expertise include Giftedness and Twice Exceptionality in children and adults, Neuroaffirming and Strengths-Based Approaches, Neuroinclusive Cultures in workplaces, and Neuroinclusive Schools. As a speaker, I offer engaging talks, interactive workshops, and practical consultations tailored to your organization’s needs. I support teams, educators, and leaders in understanding and empowering neurodivergent individuals, creating environments where diverse minds can truly thrive.
Whether you are planning a conference, professional development session, or community event, I work closely with organizers to design and deliver engaging, relevant sessions tailored to your audience. Please reach out to discuss suitable topics, availability, and pricing options.
